2. Within 1–2 days we send you a free digital proof of your topper.
3. You approve it — or ask for changes. Nothing is printed until you say yes.
4. We print and hand-finish it in 3–5 days, then ship it tracked.

Will it arrive before the party?
Made to order in 3–5 working days after you approve your proof, plus tracked shipping. Order a week or more ahead — or WhatsApp us with your date and we'll tell you honestly if we can make it.

What can it say?
Anything that fits — a name, "Happy 40th", a date, your own words. You'll see the exact design in your free proof before we print.

How do I use and keep it?
The topper is decorative — place it on top of the cake and lift it off before serving. Wipe it clean and keep it as a memento of the day.

Can I return it?
Personalised pieces can't be resold — that's why you approve the proof first. Arrives damaged or not as approved? We reprint or refund it.
